Shipping and delivery policy

QuickSend is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

What you receive

• The extension: installed free from the Chrome Web Store.
• QuickSend Pro: a licence key that unlocks unlimited messages for the period you paid for.

How and when the licence key is delivered

• The key is sent by email to the address you enter on the payment page.
• It normally arrives within 10 minutes of a successful payment, and always within 24 hours.
• Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don't see it.
• To use it, open WhatsApp Web, open the QuickSend panel, paste the key in the Plan box and click Activate.

Renewals

When you renew with the same email address, the new period is added to your existing key. You receive a confirmation email and do not need a new key.

Key not received?

Email quicksend.support@nexoralogics.com with your payment ID. We will resend the key or, if we cannot deliver it, refund the payment in full as described in our refund policy.
