Refund and cancellation policy

QuickSend Pro is a digital licence for the QuickSend for WA Web Chrome extension, sold as a prepaid pass for 1 month (₹299) or 1 year (₹2,499). The Free plan (50 messages a month) needs no payment.

Cancellation

• Pro never renews or charges automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel.
• Your Pro licence stays active until the end date shown in the QuickSend panel and in your licence email. After that, the extension returns to the Free plan unless you buy again.

Refunds

• First purchase: if QuickSend does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
• Renewals: renewal payments are not refundable, except in the cases below.
• Always refunded: duplicate payments for the same purchase, payments charged twice by mistake, and payments for which we could not deliver a licence key.
• Referral-offer purchases (₹149) follow the same rules.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email quicksend.support@nexoralogics.com with your payment ID (from the Razorpay payment confirmation), the email address used at payment and the reason.
2. We reply within 2 working days.
3. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay. The amount usually reaches you within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank.
4. When a refund is made, the licence key for that purchase stops working.
