Privacy policy

QuickSend for WA Web ("QuickSend", "the extension") helps you send your own messages through WhatsApp Web in your Chrome browser. This policy explains what data the extension handles and why.

Data that stays on your computer

• Message templates, saved contacts (name, phone number, group), settings, your referral code, the log of your last run, your sending progress and the number of messages sent this month are stored only in your own Chrome browser (chrome.storage.local).
• Excel or CSV files you choose are read inside your browser and are never uploaded.
• We never receive your contacts, files or messages.

Messages

Messages are sent by WhatsApp Web on your computer, the same as if you typed them yourself. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to them.

Pro license

• When you buy Pro, the payment is processed by our payment provider (Razorpay) or by UPI. We receive your name, email address and phone number to create your license key, email it to you, send renewal reminders and provide support. We keep these in our license records for as long as needed for these purposes and for legal/tax requirements.
• When you activate Pro, and once a day after that, the extension sends your license key and a random device identifier to our license server (Google Apps Script) to check that your plan is valid. The server replies with your plan's validity date and your referral code.

Referral programme

If a friend buys Pro with your referral code, we record the code and the friend's purchase in order to add your free month and email you about it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, except the payment provider needed to process payments.
• We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness or any purpose unrelated to QuickSend.

Your choices

• You can delete saved contacts and templates inside the extension at any time.
• Removing the extension from Chrome deletes all data it stored on your computer.
• To access or delete your license records, write to quicksend.support@nexoralogics.com.

Your responsibility

Send messages only to people who expect to hear from you, and follow WhatsApp's terms of use.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
